Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
  • Pre-Orders: Ships on release date (processing begins 1-2 days prior)
  • 3D Printed Figures: 3-5 business days for printing and quality checks
  • Bundles: 2-3 business days to assemble and package

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking details in your account dashboard.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Limited edition items and pre-orders may have special shipping timeframes that will be noted on the product page.
  • We take extra care packaging collectibles to ensure they arrive in mint condition.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, we understand that exceptions may be necessary in certain situations.

30-Day Guarantee

Our 30-day money back guarantee applies only in the following circumstances:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item received does not match the listing description
  • Wrong item was shipped

In these cases, we will either issue a refund or replace the item, depending on availability and your preference.

Special Exceptions

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our return policy, please submit a support ticket through our Contact page.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Please note that approval is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Chicks Comics management.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Submit a support ticket through our Contact page
  2. Include your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a detailed explanation
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the item or processing your refund

Please do not ship any items back without receiving approval and instructions from our team first.

Warranty Information

Comics & Trading Cards

These items are collectibles and do not come with a warranty. We carefully inspect and grade all items before shipping.

Funko Pops

Funko products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for defects. Box condition is not covered unless specified as "mint condition" in the listing.

3D Printed Figures

Our 3D printed figures come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling is not covered.
